So why do people say or you know a lot of times in my experience people only do it when they’re feeling uncomfortable when they’re giving a speech or presentation doing a media interview leaving a voice mail something that takes them out of their normal conversational mode and what’s happening is they’re self-conscious and they’re thinking oh everybody’s looking at me.

How do I fill up this empty space.

I don’t want it to be an awkward silence.

It’s important to realize you don’t have to fill up the sound.
