Criticism in the Workplace Conclusion

Thanks for joining me for this course on how to deliver criticism in the workplace.

Nobody really enjoys criticism for criticism sake but if you really want to help people who want to help improve people.

People who work for you your own employees your colleagues even your bosses.

If you want to help them you’re going to have to give honest feedback that sometimes involves criticism.

I hope this course is giving you some tools to do it effectively in a way that the criticism goes down well and the person you’re criticizing actually benefits they learn they become better they think more highly of themselves and of you if you handle it right.
