Learning how to use a teleprompter effectively is something you learn by doing.

You can’t simply read a book and unfortunately you can’t just watch a video of me giving you tips.

You’re going to have to record yourself.

So the first thing I need you to do is to find some teleprompter and record yourself.

Now there are iPhone apps there’s apps and websites you can put on your computer.

You can have big fancy teleprompters you can have newscaster teleprompters.

There are the executive style ones that you’ve seen all presidents since Dwight Eisenhower use find a teleprompter.

Don’t spend a lot of time on this but find some teleprompter and create a speech.

I don’t care what it’s about.

Let’s just make it 60 seconds long.

It doesn’t have to be long but I need you to give this speech using a teleprompter and I need you to record yourself.

And then here’s the part you’re not going to like I need you to actually watch it doesn’t do any good to talk out loud or practice enemy or you’re going to have to record your speech that you’ve done using a teleprompter and you’re going to have to watch it.

I need you to make a list of things you like things you don’t like.

Now we’re not worried about the substance of your speech yet although ultimately you better have some good substance or it won’t matter how well you read the teleprompter.

But for now let’s simply focus on what you like about your delivery.

I want you to come up with a list of stuff you like and the list of stuff you don’t like.

Do that right now.

And folks if you’re not willing to do this you’re wasting your time here.

I’ll give you your money bag.

You might as well go to some other cause or look at some entertainment online.

This is something you’re going to have to do by speaking and recording yourself numerous times.
