How did you do that last time.

Were you able to in fact move your head.

Now it may be hard at first it may feel awkward but guess what.

You’ve been moving your head when you talk since you’re two years old so it’s not that hard.

You just have to consciously think about it.

So we practice the four specific skills you really need in order to look relaxed and comfortable.

When reading a teleprompter changing your volume changing your speed pausing and moving your head.

We’ve done it separately.

Now let’s do a take where you’re really very consciously putting them all together.

So same speech would want to come up with new topics new messages new material let’s work from the same speech off the teleprompter video record yourself and put it all together now.

Let’s really see that we can change the speed the volume occasionally pause and have that head move in a way that looks natural not you know we’re not trying to be a machine here or look like the top of a water fountain or a you know something watering your lawn.

It needs to seem natural and that means it should be inconsistent.

It should move in conjunction with your words and your emphasis so let’s put it all together now.

It critique it.

We should be seeing the list go higher if things you like from how you’re coming across the list of things you don’t like should be getting smaller now let’s do it now.
